hourly or daily rate.
Service Contracts

will supply IT support contracts on a 12 month or 3 year
agreement. The level of support contracted to will typically
reflect a crucial business need such as, rapid response,
multiple site support, or regular house keeping duties and
repairs. Business contracts are calculated individually with
payment expected annually or quarterly in advance.
Outsource Support
Electro-Comm Digital
will supply an IT support outsourcing solution for as little
or long as required. This service, if utilised correctly gives
you access to a bank of technical expertise and will-do
structure whilst delivering a cost effective solution.
Outsource support is charged on an agreed project or daily
